As an associate, it is important to know what your rights are in establishing a business relationship with our company. An Xplore Associate’s Rights are as follows:

You have the right to be needed

You have the right to understand

You have the right to be involved

You have the right to be trusted

You have the right to a covenantal* relationship

[with the company and its Owners]

You have the right to affect your own destiny

You have the right to be accountable

You have the right to appeal

*The difference here is between a contractual and covenantal relationship.

The former is legalistic and formal. The latter is based upon a shared commitment to ideals, values, and goals.
